Product Description – PB1

HP BLUE 4415 (PIGMENT BLUE 1) offers clean reddish shades of blue and is largely as fast as other types of pigments within the same class but unstable in polar solvents like alcohols, ketones, and esters. It is widely used in special printing inks, easily incorporated into oily binders for letterpress and offset inks, and commonly used in gravure and packaging printing inks.

TRANSPORTE
Evite inversão, luz solar, umidade e colisões. Evite danificar a embalagem.
  • Solidez à luz: A classificação da resistência à luz é avaliada em uma escala de 1 a 8 de lã azul, em que 1 = ‘ruim’ e 8 = ‘excelente’.
  • Estabilidade térmica: os valores de estabilidade térmica fornecidos indicam a temperatura máxima na qual o pigmento pode ser armazenado por 10 minutos na sombra total e em reduções sem sofrer nenhuma alteração significativa na sombra.
  • Absorção de óleo: A absorção de óleo é determinada com base na norma EN ISO 787-5 e dada em g de óleo de linhaça por 100 g de pigmento.
  • Sangramento com solvente: O sangramento em solventes é testado usando os graus de pó e a classificação visual é dada em uma escala de 1 a 5 tons de cinza
    em que 1 = ‘Sangramento intenso’ e 5 = ‘Sem sangramento”
