Features: Deep dark blue shade with high tinting strength; good lightfastness and heat resistance; excellent solvent resistance; sensitive to strong alkalis; non-toxic.
Application: Widely used in paints, coatings, printing inks, artist colors, and plastics (PVC, LDPE, etc.); also used in magnetic recording materials and toners.

Product Description – PB27

HP BLUE 4693 (PIGMENT BLUE 27) is an inorganic pigment primarily composed of iron(III) hexacyanoferrate(II). It is widely used in coatings due to its intense blue hue, good lightfastness, and chemical stability.

  • Solidez à luz: A classificação da resistência à luz é avaliada em uma escala de 1 a 8 de lã azul, em que 1 = ‘ruim’ e 8 = ‘excelente’.
  • Estabilidade térmica: os valores de estabilidade térmica fornecidos indicam a temperatura máxima na qual o pigmento pode ser armazenado por 10 minutos na sombra total e em reduções sem sofrer nenhuma alteração significativa na sombra.
  • Absorção de óleo: A absorção de óleo é determinada com base na norma EN ISO 787-5 e dada em g de óleo de linhaça por 100 g de pigmento.
  • Sangramento com solvente: O sangramento em solventes é testado usando os graus de pó e a classificação visual é dada em uma escala de 1 a 5 tons de cinza
    em que 1 = ‘Sangramento intenso’ e 5 = ‘Sem sangramento”
