商品概要 - PO13

HP ORANGE 3545（PIGMENT ORANGE 13）はパッケージング印刷インキとして評価できる範囲である。光に対する堅牢性は平均的だが、多くの有機溶剤に対する顔料プリントの安定性は優れているか、ほぼ完璧である。同様に、顔料プリントはパラフィン、バター、石鹸に対しても堅牢である。そのため、耐光性が目的に合っていれば、メタルデコ印刷に適している。同様に、クリアラッカーコーティングや滅菌に対する耐性も優れている。.

推奨用途：

コーティング: 溶剤系コーティング、工業用コーティング

  • 熱安定性：与えられた熱安定性の値は、顔料が完全な陰影で10分間、陰影の有意な変化を受けることなく還元で保管することができる最高温度を示します。.
  • 吸油量：吸油量はEN ISO 787-5に基づいて測定され、単位は顔料100gあたりの亜麻仁油g。.
  • 溶剤ブリード：溶剤中でのブリーディングは、パウダーグレードを用いて試験し、1～5グレースケールで目視評価する。
    ここで、1＝「出血多量」、5＝「出血なし」である。‘
