Product Description – PB28

Cobalt Aluminate blue 6028B (PIGMENT BLUE 28) is a high-temperature calcined blue pigment known for its excellent chemical resistance, outdoor durability, lightfastness, thermal stability, non-bleeding, and non-migrating properties. It is widely used in applications requiring high heat resistance, weather resistance, and lightfastness, and is compatible with most resins or polymers. It features a reddish undertone, fine particle size, and easy dispersibility, along with high tinting strength and good opacity.

Coatings: solvent based paints, water based paints, auto paints, industrial coatings, powder coatings, wood coatings, coil coatings
Plastics: PE, PP, PBT, PVC, PET, EVA, ABS

Dati tecnici

• Solidità alla luce: La solidità alla luce è valutata su una scala da 1 a 8 Blue Wool, dove 1 = ‘Scarso’ e 8 = ‘Eccellente’.
• Stabilità al calore: i valori di stabilità al calore indicati indicano la temperatura massima alla quale il pigmento può essere mantenuto per 10 minuti in ombra e in riduzione senza subire variazioni significative della tonalità.
• Assorbimento di olio: L'assorbimento di olio è determinato sulla base della norma EN ISO 787-5 e indicato in g di olio di lino per 100 g di pigmento.
• Sanguinamento con solventi: Il sanguinamento nei solventi viene testato utilizzando i gradi di polvere e la valutazione visiva viene data su una scala da 1 a 5 grigi.
