Product Description – PR185

HP RED 2154 (PIGMENT RED 185) is commercially available in clean, bluish red shades. It is completely or nearly completely insoluble in common solvents. Its main applications include graphic printing and mass coloration of plastics. In the printing ink industry, it is suitable for all printing processes. Prints made with it exhibit excellent solvent fastness and heat stability—withstanding 220°C for 10 minutes or 200°C for 30 minutes.

Dati tecnici:

• Solidità alla luce: La solidità alla luce è valutata su una scala da 1 a 8 Blue Wool, dove 1 = ‘Scarso’ e 8 = ‘Eccellente’.
• Stabilità al calore: i valori di stabilità al calore indicati indicano la temperatura massima alla quale il pigmento può essere mantenuto per 10 minuti in ombra e in riduzione senza subire variazioni significative della tonalità.
• Assorbimento di olio: L'assorbimento di olio è determinato sulla base della norma EN ISO 787-5 e indicato in g di olio di lino per 100 g di pigmento.
• Sanguinamento con solventi: Il sanguinamento nei solventi viene testato utilizzando i gradi di polvere e la valutazione visiva viene data su una scala da 1 a 5 grigi.
