Water based wetting & dispersing agent HXFS01 is an anionic wetting and dispersing agent, with its main composition being an aqueous solution of copolymer containing pigment-affinity groups. At 25°C, it appears as a pale yellow clear liquid, uses water as solvent, and has an active content of 44.0%-46.0%.
Water based wetting & dispersing agent HXFS01 is solvent-free with low foaming tendency; it excels at dispersing inorganic pigments/fillers like transparent iron oxide and titanium dioxide in water-based formulations, delivering excellent transparency. It also reduces viscosity well, enhances color strength and gloss of inorganic pigments, and suits water-based resin-free pigment concentrates. It applies to water-based pigment concentrates, industrial, automotive, and wood & furniture coatings, with recommended dosage of 5.0-60% for inorganic pigments (test for optimal use).
