ater-based wetting & dispersing agent HXFS04 is a sodium polycarboxylate anionic surfactant (sodium polyacrylate polymer solution) that appears as a colorless clear liquid with 45% active content. It offers low foaming, excellent dispersion efficiency, reduced grinding viscosity, improved gloss, leveling, and storage stability, while enhancing film water resistance and preventing floating/flooding. Ideal for coated paper, water-soluble paints, and architectural coatings, it enables low-viscosity formulations with minimal dosage and no need for additional wetting agents.
High molecular weight block copolymer with pigment-affinity groups (yellow clear liquid, 39–41% active)
Steric stabilization ensures deflocculation, reduces viscosity, and enhances gloss, color strength, transparency, and hiding power
Ideal for resin-free pigment concentrates, architectural coatings, industrial coatings, and water-based pigment pastes (30–60% pigment content) with excellent storage stability
Hydrophobically modified ammonium polyacrylate dispersant (pale yellow clear liquid, 19–21% active)
Low dosage, reduces grinding viscosity, improves storage stability, leveling, gloss, and water resistance
Boosts tinting strength and accelerates drying
Ideal for architectural coatings (exterior/interior), especially high-gloss formulations
Anionic wetting & dispersing agent – copolymer with pigment-affinity groups, solvent-free, active content 44–46%
Low foaming – excellent dispersion for inorganic pigments (transparent iron oxide, TiO₂), delivers superior transparency
Reduces viscosity – boosts color strength and gloss of inorganic pigments
Ideal for resin-free pigment concentrates – widely used in water-based pigment concentrates, industrial, automotive, and wood coatings
Dosage – 5.0–60% on inorganic pigments (optimize by testing)
