Product Description – PY191

HP YELLOW 1349 (PIGMENT YELLOW 191) is a monoazo calcium pigment lake with a reddish shade of yellow. It features excellent heat resistance, withstanding temperatures up to 300°C, good light fastness, and does not affect the shrinkage of polymers. It exhibits excellent solvent fastness in both aliphatic and aromatic hydrocarbons, as well as in commonly used plasticizers. It is widely applied in the plastics industry, including for materials such as HDPE, PVC, ABS, PC, PBT, and PP Fiber. Additionally, it is FDA-approved.

Vermeiden Sie Umkippen, Sonnenlicht, Feuchtigkeit und Stürze. Vermeiden Sie Schäden an der Verpackung.
  • Lichtechtheit: Die Lichtechtheit wird auf einer Skala von 1 bis 8 bewertet, wobei 1 = ‘schlecht’ und 8 = ‘ausgezeichnet’ ist.
  • Hitzestabilität: Die angegebenen Werte für die Hitzestabilität geben die maximale Temperatur an, bei der das Pigment 10 Minuten lang im Vollton und in Abzügen eingebrannt werden kann, ohne dass sich der Farbton wesentlich verändert.
  • Ölabsorption: Die Ölabsorption wird auf der Grundlage von EN ISO 787-5 bestimmt und in g Leinöl pro 100 g Pigment angegeben.
  • Ausbluten in Lösungsmitteln: Das Ausbluten in Lösungsmitteln wird anhand der Pulversorten getestet und die visuelle Bewertung auf einer Grauskala von 1 bis 5 angegeben.
